Our flower avian tea mix is made up of 4 delicious natural ingredients. All the ingredients of our flowers are organic and sifted thoroughly. Not only is our tea mix providing your birds with a variety of interesting textures & delicious smells, but it's bursting with ingredients that have highly beneficial properties. Our Calming Sunrise tea mix helps with calming birds for the day or using it before their sleep times. Highly recommended for anxious and plucking birds as some of the ingredients have a natural sedative and has calming property. Great for birds who are prone to night frights (such as cockatiels).

Inside the package you will get 2.5 cups of our mix. Our mix comes in a clear plastic jars container with silver ribbed lids.

Method of Hot Steeping:
1 teaspoon per 10 ounces of hot (not boiling - 165-170 degrees is ideal) water. Depending on your pet's preferences, you can add more or less water. Before serving, allow time for the tea to cool to room temperature. Keep in mind that this product is not a substitute for water.

Method of Cold Steeping:
Steep 1.5 ounces of loose leaf tea per 10 ounces of room temperature water for 12-14 hours in a container on your counter with your loose leaf tea blend, then place the container in the fridge. Your tea mix will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator. You can also use it as a spray in a spray bottle as it helps with feather plumage.

Our avian tea can be added to both wet and dry feeding mixtures. Mix and sprinkle! That's all there is to it.

Our avian mix is 100% safe for birds. If you have a small animal and are interested in our avian mix, I have a description of the dried flowers listed. As a pet owner, it is your responsibility to decide if those flowers are safe for your specific small animal. With that being said, although our avian tea mix is marketed to birds, it is also safe for human consumption.
